Our Story
The Esthers’ Girl Empowerment Initiative (TEGEI) was founded to address the persistent social, economic, and educational challenges faced by school girls and single mothers. Many girls drop out of school due to poverty, early pregnancy, or lack of mentorship, while single mothers struggle with limited vocational skills and unstable income sources.
TEGEI exists to break these cycles by providing education, vocational skills, health awareness, and mentorship, enabling women and girls to become confident, independent, and active contributors to their families and communities.
